Returns & Exchanges

If you have any returns or exchange queries, please email hello@lyzajewellery.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

6-Month Warranty

Every LYZA piece is covered by our 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
If your jewellery develops a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply email hello@lyzajewellery.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, scratches, lost items, or damage caused by misuse.
